Delete Account

You can delete your account directly within the Waste Not! app — no need to visit a website.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Open the Waste Not! app and go to your Profile tab.

Tap Settings (gear icon).

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm your choice — your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

Your profile information (name, email, photo).
All item listings you have created.
Your claim history and messages.
Saved preferences and settings.

What Data Is Retained

Anonymised records of transactions may be retained for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or complying with legal obligations. Any retained data will not be linked to your identity.
